Look at the size of this place. This is the church that Lisa Jernigan (one of the two founders of Girlfriends Unlimited) and her husband minister at. It's called Central Christian Church of the East Valley. That's a long name.Angie met with Lori Gibson first, who is the Children's Ministry Director over birth thru 6th grade. It was a really cool church. Angie took me on the tour with her.
Lori gave her alot of ides and information and she was a new friend for Angie. At Central, they call all their volunteers - "Servant Ministers" and it seems like a fun team to work with. They were in the middle of painting alot of the rooms this week. It's a really big campus with rooms all over the place. You could get lost, but they have a lot of signs to help you know the way.
Angie smiled and thanked Lori and then she posed for a picture with me. There I am on her shoulder.
